Encore Solutions was built on a simple belief: smart property technology should work consistently, not cause frustration for residents, maintenance teams, or property staff. After years of working hands-on in the field—installing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing smart devices across multifamily communities; we saw the same pattern everywhere: great technology struggling because of poor installs, misconfigurations, or missing QA.
Encore Solutions was created to fill that gap.

Meet the Founder
Encore Solutions was founded by Nicolas San Roman, a field-driven IoT and access-control specialist with extensive experience in diagnostics, QA investigations, device behavior analysis, installation standards, and property-technology systems.
Having spent years solving the difficult issues that most teams never see; firmware inconsistencies, Z-Wave conflicts, mis-wired HVAC systems, access control failures, device provisioning issues, and more; Nico built Encore to offer a more reliable, more efficient approach to smart-property performance.
